Q. Can’t I do it on my own?

The thought process of hastaag is developed by Hasman and is unique. Also this thought process needs to be created at the level of the enterprise. It requires a dedicated initiative driven by management commitment and committed coaching. Therefore it cannot be implemented on your own. However you may be able to carry it forward on your own once it is implemented in the first couple of years.

Q.What are the similar products available in the market?

Being a proprietary thought process, you may not find an exact match to hastaag in the market. However you can find many project management applications to manage the tasks of your teams. At the same time you will also find many enterprise performance management applications to define and analyse the KPIs of various departments. To manage the teams and roles, you will need HR applications. Hastaag is an integrated technique that fulfils the needs of Strategic Management, People Management and Project Management applications.

Q. How much it is going to cost me?

There are two modes of subscription. Basic and Committed Coaching. Basic Subscription is much less expensive when compared to Committed Coaching. You will be given full access to the application and will be given one free boot camp training to learn the technique and the application. No dedicated attention is provided in Basic Subscription.

In Committed Coaching you will be assigned to a Hastaag Certified Coach to guide you and your teams in mastering the hastaag methodology. The coach will work with you through out the subscription period and will provide monthly retro reports with recommendations. He will also monitor and facilitate various governance procedures of hastaag so that the technique is mastered by your teams within the shortest span of time. The Committed Coaching subscription comes with a base cost and a success fee based on the revenue accomplished over and above the threshold revenue as specified in the contract.

Q.What is the schedule of payments?

You will be undertaking this program for 1 year. You will be paying 1 quarter upfront. If you pay for the whole year up front, you will get a discount as per the applicable rate. Please ask for the discount while making payment for the full year.

Q. I paid but did not get the results. Am I not at loss?

Hastaag pricing is based on the philosophy of affordable pricing. Therefore, the fixed part of the costs are nominal in both basic and committed coaching plans. They do not hurt your pocket at all.

Q.What kind of companies will it work for?

It is ideal for organizations which are planning to embark the journey of technology adaptation to improve the performance. Hastaag will focus on the strategic management and governance first, thereby providing guidance on what technology to be adapted further. It aligns the organization into various winning teams. Any organization with a team size of 30+ and having 5+ senior leaders is a good fit for hastaag.

Q. I would still think I can do it myself. I may not need hastaag to produce the result that I want!
